Holly leads on trauma scene and after-death cleaning across Newcastle and the wider Tyneside area. She holds advanced certifications in biological contamination and has coordinated some of the team's most complex multi-day cleans.
Sarah covers Sunderland and South Tyneside, specialising in hoarder and extreme cleaning situations. She brings a methodical, sensitive approach to cases involving long-term property neglect and significant volume of waste.
Clare is based in the Teesside area, covering Middlesbrough, Stockton, and Hartlepool. Her primary specialisms are flood damage remediation and fire-damaged property cleaning, with full decontamination and odour treatment.
Alice handles biohazard cleaning and needle sweep operations across Northumberland, including rural and remote properties. She is trained in sharps handling, biohazard disposal, and working in isolated environments.
Nicola covers Darlington and the southern County Durham area, with a focus on sewage cleanup, human waste remediation, and odour removal. She is trained in category three water damage and chemical decontamination.
Louise operates across Durham City and the surrounding county. Her specialist areas are mould removal and nicotine decontamination, including full surface treatment and air quality restoration for residential and commercial properties.
